The ceiling crane, located 24 feet above the floor, harkens back to the building's past when electrical transformers were transported to storage vaults for repair.

NOPSI also offers several very unique venues including a lobby level Courtyard Garden, a rooftop bar and terrace, and a private 1,200 square foot dining room above the hotel's fine dining restaurant, Public Service Each of these venues are excellent choices for group dining functions and receptions. 


Grand Ballroom

From 25 to 665, the 4,000 square foot Grand Ballroom provides spacious meeting and events accommodations for your group. This unique indoor setting features huge arched windows and soaring 30-feet ceiling, epitomizes the historic significance of this public building. The renovation retains the room's 24-foot high crane and tracks, which once transported transformers to storage vaults for repair.

Courtyard Patio

Adjacent to the Grand Ballroom, five breakout meeting rooms of approximately 600 square feet each boast fine finishes and natural outdoor lighting. Public Service Private Dining

Public Service offers a loft-like space with a wall of large windows to host your next event. This space can accommodate groups of up to 190 people depending on the configuration of the room.
