The ceiling crane, located 24 feet above the floor, harkens back to the building's past when electrical transformers were transported to storage vaults for repair.

NOPSI also offers several very unique venues including a lobby level Courtyard Garden, a rooftop bar and terrace, and a private 1,200 square foot dining room above the hotel's fine dining restaurant, Public Service. Each of these venues are excellent choices for group dining functions and receptions.

This unique indoor setting features huge arched windows and soaring 30-feet ceiling, epitomizes the historic significance of this public building. The renovation retains the room's 24-foot high crane and tracks, which once transported transformers to storage vaults for repair.

Courtyard Patio

From brunches to cocktails and small bites, the courtyard patio offers an intimate experience for your group or event. The Courtyard Patio is the ideal mingling space for your guests.

Rooftop

The Rooftop Pool and Café offers a backdrop unlike any other. With views of the city skyline your guests are sure to be impressed with this space.

Adjacent to the Grand Ballroom, five breakout meeting rooms of approximately 600 square feet each boast fine finishes and natural outdoor lighting. Whether it is an important board meeting or a group workshop, these rooms will accommodate attendees in a comfortable setting any planner would be proud to present to their attendees.

Public Service Private Dining

Public Service offers a loft-like space with a wall of large windows to host your next event. This space can accommodate groups of up to 190 people depending on the configuration of the room.
